New DISAMATIC molding line
Funosa purchased a new DISAMATIC D3 Z555 and will be installed next August 2021.
The installation of the new D3 Z555 molder, will culminate the vertical molding facility renovation project, which consists of the installation of the new DISA TM Mixer 285-160 mill along with a sand multicontroller device (SMC) in August 2018 and the installation of the new WHEELABRATOR CT4 shot blasting facility in August 2019.
The collaboration of the best equipment manufacturers in the sector has been required, which will provide us with great energy and environmental savings in the process. The project will save 53.01 toe per year.
